My tour includes pre-purchased tickets, do I need these?
Your guide will always bring all necessary tickets with them, so you don’t need to worry. If you have booked a customized package that includes train tickets or other tickets that you will need before meeting with a guide then we will of course email you these in advance.
What should I bring to my tour as proof of purchase?
You should bring your confirmation voucher to your tour. This can either be a hard copy or kept on your smartphone / device.
I need to change my tour date- what should I do?
You should send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your new date. Changes to tour dates are always subject to availability of guides and tickets. In the case that pre-purchased skip-the-line tickets are not transferable, you will have to pay the additional cost of the tickets when changing the date of your tour.
How will I recognise my guide?
Your guide will be waiting at the designated meeting point at the time specified on your voucher. For semi-private tours they will hold a sign with ‘Sagrada Familia Tours’ and for private tours, a sign with your name. If you have trouble finding your guide you can call us on the emergency numbers in your vouchers, available 24/7, and we will assist you immediately. For privacy reasons we cannot supply the direct number of your tour guide.
It’s raining, will my tour still go ahead?
Our tours take place come rain or shine. Please make sure to dress for the weather to ensure you get the most out of your tour. We also recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes!
What’s the dress code for my tour?
You can find the dress code for your tour on your voucher. For all churches, shoulders and knees should be covered. We always recommend comfortable walking shoes! If you have any queries about the dress code for your tours just drop us an email.
Are gratuities included?
Tips are not included and are at the discretion of the client. If you have enjoyed the tour our guide will certainly appreciate your gratuity.
I’m not going to make it to the meeting point in time, what should I do?
Punctuality is really important. Most of our tours have timed entrances to the sites and late arrival may result in missing these entrances. If you are running late please call the emergency number on your voucher and we will do our best to assist you. We always recommend you allow extra time to reach the meeting point in case of any delays- in busy cities it is best to expect the unexpected!
